Favorite teacher; sound could be improved

I love Melanie and this sequence is great. There are some issues with the sound that are distracting and I wish they could be fixed.

She is my favorite teacher by far on myyogaworks. You can’t go wrong with any of her videos but I particularly loved this one. It was the perfect way to start my day and I love her gentle reminders of how to get the best out of each pose.

If you are short on time or not confident in all the poses the instructions here are very clear and precise. I feel stretched out and energised when done.

Enjoyed this super quick practice. I really liked Melanies calming voice and short sequence. Was a nice way to wake up slowly and get (quickly) centred for the day. Used this on a morning when I woke up stressed about the work day ahead of me. Feeling very ready to take the day in stride now!
