I tried this class once when I was having back pain with sciatic nerve involvement. It was a wonderful relief. It is now my go-to treatment whenever I have back pain. It never fails.
Achy flu body

I've been hit with a bad case of the flu and my body has been aching on all sides. Today the middle of my back was particularly sore and this sequence really helped to create some space along my spine - and for a moment, it even freed up my clogged nose!

I used to take classes "live" with Dani. She is absolutely amazing as an instructor and as a person. She opens the body slowly, easily and helps you realign. If you have any medical limitations or chronic pain - you cannot do better than a Dani class. <3
Excellent Decompression
