This is a great class to build the little muscles in the shoulder. I want to do it regularly in order to get my shoulders back in shape. I love how calm she instructs and guides, so you think about each detail.

Im an athlete and, having a perpetual shoulder injury from high school football, this flow does wonders to open up and strengthen my arms and rotator cuffs. I absolutely love the part where you transition from a shoulder stand on all fours to swinging your bum in between your hands. I feel good! :D
