Not Good For People Currently Suffering with Wrist Pain

I have horrible joint pain in my wrist and thumb so I was looking for something that would help me work out that pain. This is not for people who are currently suffering with wrist pain. I can't handle much weight on my wrist and usually have to modify any poses that put weight in the wrist. This entire video moved from Down Dog to Plank to Crow Pose (how is Crow Pose considered a Level 1/Basic Arm Balance?). I couldn't do any of the video. This video might help if you want guidance on how to avoid future wrist pain but it does not help if you are currently suffering from it.

I loved the gentle flow for my wrists. I've injured one of my wrists golfing and need some strengthening exercises and these are just what I need to do everyday. My wrist feels opened and is moving better. Thank you for the short but informative video

“Basic” arm balance pose

I was watching the wrist video and the last exercise was labeled as “basic” arm balance pose, but I could hardly get my feet off the floor. I hope I come across some exercises that will build up to that “basic” pose.
