Nice gentle class

Just what I needed. I'd taken a several month break from yoga due to injury and needed something to ease myself back gently to it. This was definitely a nice way to come back. It's slow but nicely instructed and the stretches and poses are attainable at any level. Highly recommend.

I practiced with Romy ten years ago before moving out of the area she taught in and she always stood out as one of my favorite teachers. I was SO excited when I saw her name here and as always, she did not disappoint. Incredible slow flow class that made me feel so renewed after. Thank you!

I'm recovering from surgery, and this class was perfect, I had the time to modify, to adjust and to hold the asana. Good ques and not too many. Thank you Romy!

I prefer a slow flow, so I am definitely biased. But this was a great class that allowed good time for strength building while holding but not too long that you're going crazy. I feel like this pace really allows me to focus on alignment to make sure I'm doing the asanas properly to avoid injury (which has happened to me in other yoga classes). Calming, but also built a little heat. I will say that I also had to turn my volume up much higher than all the other classes, so if your sound system is not strong, this could be an issue.

The best all-around level 1 practice (at least for me) on this site, by a healthy margin. The first one that's opened my hips, legs, and shoulders, held my attention, and left me feeling refreshed. Thank you, Romy :)
