Sunday Practice

I feel this class is more a level 1 or 1 1/2. I appreciate instruction but I felt for a level 2 class there was too much time spent talking about positioning rather than flowing.

A perfect 30 minute class. My heart rate came up and Lesley offers enough modifications to increase the intensity for strong days or pare back for less strong days.

Perfectly paced class with lots of options. I appreciated the detailed alignment queues since its easy to rush through a practice and forget about keeping the body safe. Lesley's voice is so calming you barely notice you're working your muscles. She keeps it lighthearted yet challenging. Would LOVE to see more classes from Lesley.
More of a Level 1 Class

Good but too much explanation. Its already a very short practice; more for beginners. I would have like to have been challenged a little more, at a faster pace.
