I really liked the class and was easily able to follow the cuing throughout my body. My husband had his first Nidra experience and liked when there was the silent moment. He also was able to feel each part of his body. Very calming.

I really enjoyed this lesson. I am new to yoga and this was very nice.
small note on props but great class!

recommends 1 block & 2 blankets in the description but in the video it recommends 2 blocks/3 blankets. of course the teacher notes this is all optional but just FYI its helpful for getting started if you do have the props handy :)
